Axil Cafe in Hawthorn

Axil Cafe, Hawthorn. 322 Burwood Road Melbourne, 3122 (03) 9819 0093 I’d initially heard about Axil from Mr. Lawler - and then from  Happy2ServeYou. And it was so so worth it. I went in a grumpy mood and this is when it’s V’s role to cheer me up – with what works best, food…We had a waiter come up to us immediately and seat us – the space is huge, so theres that slight moment where you’re thinking “gah! where should I go!”. Theres all day brekkie and more. Their juices are also delish. See V’s bircher muesli in our main image up top and my corn fritters below.     Yes, they had avocado, haloumi, corn and salsa. You can have it with a poached egg if thats how you roll as well.     And, as per your expectations of me, the interiors are schmick. So fine. Done by the folks over at ST Style.
