Design Studio Melbourne
At Kish+Co, we have an extensive portfolio of clients that demonstrates our capabilities as a boutique design studio Melbourne. If you’re looking for marketing Melbourne or corporate branding Melbourne then Kish+Co should be your next stop.
We work passionately, beyond the box of our studio and travel, visit and exist wherever we find art and design. This is evident in our blogging and our networking within the arts & design community. Our inhouse strength and outsourcing connections have been for many clients, the quintessential combination that meets budget requirements and becomes a powerhouse beyond a design studio.
But above all, we are lovely people, who do lovely work and would like to create progressive pieces of design for your company.

Christmas Cards
This year, we’re sharing the love with four designs, handcrafted with
love for some our favourite charities:
For every 100 Christmas cards ordered, we’re giving back the love with a 10% donation.
Click here to see the designs you can choose from as well as a bit about the charities we’ll donate to.
It happened!
We had an amazing art exhibition to spread the news of our change over from Miss Kish to Kish+Co on Friday, 12th of August.
Ultimately, we had 465 RSVPs for the night.
Thank you to everyone who came on the night, we’ll be posting pics to our Facebook page and here on the blog as well.
While we sift through all the goodness, here are a few pictures to keep you coming back for more.
The places you will go!
Did you wander here from www.misskish.com? Because if you didn’t, we’ve got a sweet animation here, explaining our change from Miss Kish to Kish+Co. A collaboration in a true sense, we worked with Tjin for the music, Kish did the words, Jacquie worked on a story board and we all contributed ideas + people + places and more to collage into the artwork. It’s stunning. Wait till the end, it’s the best bit.

Kish & Evie get featured on the Shoestring website.
We just got featured over at Shoestring Launch. They did a profile on Karishma & Vivek and they make them look pretty good.
Have a read of their histories and future plans on the site and learn about other growing companies and CEOs under 35.
The Bubbles Bathroom Website.
The Bubbles Bathroom website was styled with sophistication in mind. We wanted Owen’s potential customers to know that they were talking designer bathrooms. Nothing stock standard, all boutique, sexy and a notch above. See more here.
The Blossom Baking Identity.
Blossom Baking is the brain child of Becky Chi. She quickly made it to the top of our favourites list when she brought extra cupcakes for us on Valentines Day. Agnes & Kelly worked closely together on the identity, coming up with several concepts that brought the baking as well as the business sense of Becky onto an identity. The soft colour palette is reflective of a “not too feminine” styling. We brought lots of our friends to her facebook page and if you want to book some goodies for your next event, click here for her details.
Carbon Market Institute.
We just wrapped up a massive marketing and corporate branding job with the folks at the Carbon Market Institute. Using their core colours of green, yellow and gray, we worked on an identity refresh, a styleguide, a series of business cards, presentation folders, banners and signage. Avoiding the cliché windmills and soil textures that are overused within the industry, Jac Jac set about searching for more texture based images as well as line work. Click here to read more.

All about Migo’s.
Migos is SJ’s dog’s name. You’ve gotta believe a place is great if SJ named her dog after it.
And it was. Described perfectly as “like your mumma’s homemade”. I hear the meat balls are great. I settled for a mushroom Panini – which I loved and a Phoenix Cola – which I think I will now buy by the carton. Yum.
I’m so sorry I didn’t take pics, her cannelloni made me envious and I forgot to take photos while turning green.

An early morning coffee & Broadsheet.
SJ and I popped into the Broadsheet Café a wee while back. Sorry – tis closed now. (Please don’t hate). It was one of those places, super cool, super sexy – and I felt like we were there to be seen to be there? Nicely done. The coffees were perfect as expected, not a seat to be found at 10am and the people milling out on the laneway. Too bad it was just a pop up – come back! Read more.
Rowena Parade.
A sweet little birdie said to me “Kish, when you don’t post a blog, I don’t know where to go for a coffee!”. Aah, that’s what you call a mighty fine ego boost. So little birdie – here is the Rowena Parade Corner Store. First introduced to me by Michi (not the Michi, Michi) but Michi Ohira.
I took mum there for some fresh OJ & raspberry cake, OMG delicious. Read more.

For Sayher’s Mum.
At Miss Kish, we have a birthday roster. Sayher, our manly man, was in charge of Sherika’s birthday. This is what he came up with. Needless to say, all love goes to Sayher’s mum – thank you so much! She’s been feeding us since last year and now that Sayher’s leaving, we are going to miss his mum sooooo much! Thursday is Sayher’s last day (he’s leaving us to pursue photography on a more intense level) – give him a call and have a cry with him, he’ll happily join you! Special thanks to Sayher’s mum – your delights have been truly amazing!s Read more.
Valentine / Schmallentine.
We’re not all smoochy / lovey dovey at Miss Kish.
Hell, I got my second bouquet in five years.
But what is not to love about a cupcake with incredible icing on it?
Thanks to Becky Chi, we’ve got our cupcakes down to a “T”.
Only note – if you have clients beyond the Tullamarine Airport and thru to Knoxville, you may not be able to shot so many of cupids arrows at once! Read more here.
Kinfolk.
The Kinfolk story goes way, way, way back. We heard about them via a Hive event and we went straight up to Jarrod (making sure we were first in line) – to tell him we wanted to create their website.
More of a passion project, we make with J&A multiple times and visited the café to get a feel of the vibe and the culture. Handcrafted, warm, earth and a place to feel right.

Azren Paul.
One of our most recent clients, Azren, has just completed his dance graduation. Three hours of a solo performance and years of a life in dance. Karishma went to see the show, but more so, to gloat about the brochures and marketing Melbourne by Kish + Co! An evening of rich colours and gold jewellery reflected perfectly in the dance brochure. With a gold foiling, gold stitching down the sides and matt pages that printers are considering to put into print awards, we know we’ve definitely done something right.
At Kish and Co, we’ve worked on many a dance brochure and pieced each brochure differently, thinking about the dancer, how they would want to be portrayed and the proud family supporting them. Do get in touch if you need any assistance with your own marketing including corporate brochure design.
Kish & Evie.
Sometimes your rush clients are your own… Kish and Evie is the parent company of Kish and Co and they’re into a range of products around design / fabric / packaging etc. We created an identity and whipped out some business cards super fast for a meeting within 4 days. Oh, did we mention a fabric book as well? Yes, we do a pretty good job when we have little time, not the recommended way to go, but the outcome was still passionate, sexy and smart.

Arrow.
We created a fluid identity which has stood bold and strong within the fabric and furnishing industry. The brief was tight and specific, make it red and make sure you have an Arrow! Its a mark which sits stately on all collateral and works in a myriad of ways – perfect example of Kish+Co’s corporate branding Melbourne
Agnes flies by.
Most of you may have already met Agnes, she featured in our Christmas post and is the newest addition to the Kish family.
She’s a true sweetheart, bringing cupcakes and chocolates, running from one end of the office to combat a bug and being more of a DJ these days than I ever was.
Here is her Q&A session and a few of her handmade illustrations as well. Photography courtesy of Sayher Heffernan.
